Job Application

This is an example of a Custom Form Page Type that is used to collect and route job applications.  Once submitted, the information collected will be stored in the secure custom forms database area where it can be viewed and exported into a spreadsheet.  The uploaded resume file is securely stored in a protected file folder on the web server.  In addition, a Contact is created in the Contacts database area, the Submitter is added to the "Job Applicants" mailing list, an auto-responder message is e-mailed to the Submitter and an alert is e-mailed to the Job Application coordinator.

If you notice that the fields are pre-filled, that is because some of the fields are "connected" to the Contact database, so if a logged in User views and submits this form, their Contact information (My Account) will be updated automatically.
